Children who have healthy, caring parents, who also have some money, are presented with so many opportunities to grow. There are soccer lessons and piano lessons and karate lessons and field trips and many other wonderful gifts.

But by the time you get to be an adult, it can be just work, work, work.

Work is not a bad thing. It's a good thing! We need to be productive members  of our culture. The biggest problem with adult work, today, and maybe always, is that you have to specialize. You have to be an expert at one thing in order to make money. This means, as you know dear Reader, that you do the same thing over and over.

Routine makes you feel ... dull.

By taking classes in the Feldenkrais Method, whether group or individual, you can expand your horizons. You will experience new things in your body. New movements that are fun and that restore limberness and joie de vivre.
