Maureen McHugh, Feldenkrais Practitioner         "Neurological Condition"                  703-751-2111

Focusing on the Person
and Maximizing Quality of Life

When you are living with a neurological condition, the facts of the limitation and the definitiveness of the diagnostic label tend to eclipse the most important thing.

The most important thing is that a person has this condition.

A person has this problem. But the person is not only their problem. The person also has possibilities -- possibilities to learn new ways of doing things, possibilities to be more comfortable with the circumstances as they are, and, most importantly, the possibility to keep growing and learning.

As a Feldenkrais Practitioner, I work with the person.
