Squatting

The ballet barre has numerous uses, including being helpful as one explores squatting.

Sitting as much as we do keeps the hip joints at a fixed angle. Squatting is revitalizing.

Arlington County will not offer its regular suite of recreation classes this Summer. Hopefully, we will begin again in the Fall.

Instead I am offering  Group Classes Online.
